She focuses on women’s health, including body composition, menstrual irregularities/improvements, fertility nutrition, and sports nutrition.
As a Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer, Mattie is passionate about teaching women how to lift, become strong, and improve their overall fitness. She loves helping women find balance in overall health and wellness by building relationships.
